Every FORMA Smart Groundscrew carries an embedded RFID/NFC tag, storing torque history, GPS coordinates, installer ID, soil type, and depth directly on the physical screw. The hardware and the record are one and the same.

  • Extension screws (SGEX Series) for embedment beyond 98 inches
